According to China’s relevant laws and regulations, construction enterprises need to apply for corresponding certificate of qualification issued by China’s Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development based on their registered capital, net assets, professionals, technical experts, equipment and those achievements they have made in the field of construction. Only by obtaining those certificates of different ratings can they contract projects within the corresponding scope.

Nowadays, CRCEG has obtained two top-grade qualifications for the general contracting of both housing construction and railway projects(only 7 enterprises in China possessing these two top-grade certificates), and many other grade – Ⅰ qualifications in such fields as mechanical and electrical installation, foundation engineering, steel structure engineering, etc. Besides, it has also been approved by China’s Ministry of Commerce to contract overseas projects, including those aided by the Chinese government.
